Why is it that mostly we only get the urge to help those under extreme circumstances? .. I don't know about you, but I do. Yet there are so many other's in need the same type of help that aren't such celebrity. (clicking the pic will lead you to the article)

Visiting ThinkGeek today, I saw they're celebrating today as Pi Day. Just another reason why Friday's don't suck.
Ravaged, Car Eating Polar Bears in SLC
