The Wicked Witch of Hollywood

My good friend and co-worker Remy posted this as a comment you see in quotes below. We were
talking about how blogs can be a tool used for both good and evil in
the world, i think Barbra Streisand's blog
is a good example of the evil part. Just because you can post something
on the internet doesn't mean that it's true or right or anything
really. Interesting rhetoric in that blog of hers. Even more funny how
the fanatics are trying to rewrite history and the facts about the current war that we're in. Hate can blind ppl
i guess, i just can't figure out why so many ppl choose to believe in
the crap that can spew out of some people's mouth without caring to find
out if it's truth or not.

uber blog page Spearchucker.

Bright Eyes = My Kind of Band

So i went to the Bright Eyes concert last night @ Kingsbury
Hall in SLC. i have to say, it was one of the better sounding concerts i’ve
ever been to. Conner Oberst is quite the singer/songwriter. The music is hard
to describe. The poetry and painful insight of the music i can relate to quite
a bit.  When you first hear a Bright Eyes
song it may rub you the wrong way bit, his voice is not what you would think a
singer should sound like. The more you listen to it, you can really see and
feel the depth of the not only the lyrics, but the music itself. You start to
feed off the songs… anyway,  it was
absolutely awesome. if you like dark , depressing, almost folk-rock music you’ll
like bright eyes.

In other news, it’s good to see the French are continuing to
suck at fixing their own problems. The Vatican is going senile. Yarrgh! Pirates! (That can’t hit the broadside of a barn) .. they should be ashamed.of themselves!

Lame Politics of the Week

Silly topics actually. But politics in itself is beyond
silly. Both Dems and Reps continue to prove that they are retarded. First, we
have Sheehan that for some reason thinks tying herself to the Whitehouse fence
will stop a war when she can’t even hold an adult conversation with anyone that
has a differing opinion. … Then we get Oreo throwing Democrats that choose to
make silly issues out of race and politics.

Rosa Parks was buried today. We've come a long way since she took her seat on that bus. .. We still have a long way to go.

Ya gotta love situations like this that just prove how lame
humanity really is.
